Moffat Glass replaced 8 south-facing builder's grade vinyl windows with low-E annealed glass vinyl ones. The difference in heat/cold/sound coming through is stunning. Three years later the windows still look spectacular, even after all of the intense sun and fire smoke. The price was fair and installation excellent. They recently replaced a south-facing storm door with a low-E one. Again it was a great price and expert installation. Over the last 43 years I had Sears, Anderson, and two local companies replace windows in houses I owned. While all did a great job, I didn't like the hard-sale effort (sign now) of one of those firms. Moffat Glass doesn't do a hard sale or sales forum. They just came out, listened to needs, and gave a fair honest estimate. Moffat Glass is one of the best home-improvement companies I've ever dealt with.
