Moffat opens a property-management invoicing account so multiple buildings or units route through a single AP contact, with service requests tracked against building, unit, or PO references your team supplies. Consolidated invoicing runs monthly or per-service-request. That billing arrangement is the spine of the partnership.
Service requests are acknowledged within 2 business days during monitored business hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time. Requests that land outside those windows return on the next business day. The within-2-business-days cadence is what supports planned and reactive service across the portfolio.
Once a year, we run a portfolio walkthrough of the glass condition (storefronts, IGUs, mirrors, partitions, door hardware) and deliver a prioritized recommended-work list so your team can stage what to schedule now, plan into next year’s CapEx, and monitor. Talk through your portfolio cadence any time.
Coordination with tenants is part of the work. Moffat reaches the tenant directly for site access, install scheduling, and joint walkthroughs. Technicians introduce themselves on arrival and leave a clear job sheet, so the PM stays looped in without running every thread.
