On the residential side, the most common scopes are skylight installation in new builds and retrofits (vaulted ceilings, kitchens, baths, sunrooms, stairwells), cracked or hail-damaged glass replacement when the frame is sound, leaking-skylight diagnostic and replacement (often the leak is flashing or sealant, not glass), and foggy or failed-seal unit replacement where the perimeter seal has gone (see our insulated glass unit replacement page). Loveland foothills retrofits and Fort Collins luxury homes both see hail-exposure spec calls regularly.
On the commercial side, we install and replace skylights in low-rise buildings up to four stories: offices, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use. We don't pitch high-rise or atrium curtain wall above four stories, and whole-roof replacement is a roofer's scope, not ours.
