Straight rectangular panels run any size from small replacement panels through architectural spans, with thicknesses from 1/8 inch through 3/4 inch. Shaped cuts (circles, ovals, irregular geometries) are cut to a drawing or template. Holes from 1/4 inch through 3 inches are drilled for hardware, plumbing, and fixtures, with corner notches and outlet cutouts to spec.
Edge work covers flat-polished, beveled, ogee, seamed, and pencil-polished finishes, finished in-shop before tempering. In-house tempering runs in the same workflow, with every safety-glass panel cut, edged, drilled, and tempered under one roof. Laminated configurations run in-house or with an established laminator partner for impact-rated or acoustic assemblies.
Contract cutting for builders and cabinet shops covers batch work: replacement panels, cabinetry inserts, display-case glass, casework, and furniture tops. Glass options include clear, low-iron (Starphire-equivalent), frosted, textured, and back-painted.
