Moffat installs four commercial glass railing systems, each cut, edged, drilled, and tempered in our Northern Colorado shop and finished with premium commercial hardware.
Frameless / Structural Glass Panel Railings. Tempered (often tempered-laminated) panels secured by an embedded structural base shoe, with no posts and no top cap. Spec'd for hotel mezzanines, restaurant terraces, retail mezzanines, and modern stair runs where unobstructed sightlines drive the design.
Post-and-Clamp Glass Railings. Panels held by stainless or aluminum posts with hidden base clamps. Suited to longer multi-family balcony runs, restaurant patios, and exterior decks where wind load favors visible support.
Standoff (Point-Fixed) Glass Railings. Panels mounted to fascia or wall via stainless standoffs, creating a floating frameless effect. A natural fit for retail, office, and hospitality lobby mezzanines, and stair runs in Class-A office build-outs.
Top-Rail (Capped) Glass Railings. Panels finished with a continuous top cap. Chosen where the building official requires a graspable rail on commercial stair runs and hospitality interior runs.
All four systems install across low-rise commercial projects up to 4 stories.
