For low-rise commercial frameless glass work, Moffat installs FHC (Frameless Hardware Company) hardware, engineered for the higher-cycle and higher-load conditions of commercial use. The commercial catalog covers commercial-grade hinges, locks, patch fittings, and pull handles built for all-glass entry doors, heavy-glass commercial partitions, conference-room glass walls, and ground-floor storefronts. It is available in the same core premium finish range as the residential hardware, which lets a mixed-use property share one finish palette across both its residential and commercial spaces. For residential window projects across Northern Colorado, Moffat installs four window manufacturers: AMSCO, JELD-WEN, Milgard, and Gerkin. Carrying four manufacturers (rather than locking into one) lets us spec to the project: vinyl, fiberglass, wood-clad, or aluminum-clad frames matched to the home’s architectural style, performance target, and budget tier. Moffat installs five premium hardware finishes across every category: Matte black · Brushed nickel · Polished chrome · Oil-rubbed bronze · Brushed brass. All five finishes are available across the residential shower hardware, the commercial hardware, the window hardware, and the railing hardware we install, so the same finish palette can carry through an entire home or property. Most premium plumbing-fixture brands (Brizo, Kohler, Hansgrohe, Delta, Moen) carry the same core finish names, which means shower hardware finishes can match the faucet, towel bar, and lighting hardware in the same bathroom. That kind of cross-spec coordination is a designer-workflow consideration buyers typically care about by the time they are researching at this depth. Premium finishes are factory-applied with manufacturer-grade durability; care guidance varies slightly by finish (matte black and oil-rubbed bronze are slightly more forgiving on water spotting than polished chrome). Moffat is an authorized Diamon-Fusion applicator, the protective glass coating that bonds chemically to the glass surface to resist mineral buildup, hard-water spotting, soap scum, and surface etching. It is a standard add-on for custom heavy-glass shower enclosures in hard-water zones (most of Northern Colorado qualifies). The coating is applied one time at fabrication and is manufacturer-rated for years of resistance with standard squeegee and mild-cleaner care. Authorized-applicator status means the coating is applied to manufacturer spec with the manufacturer-backed warranty pass-through, rather than a third-party coating product applied by a non-authorized installer. Coated glass still benefits from routine squeegee care after each use, but the maintenance window is much longer than uncoated heavy glass.
